  • WHAT TO BRING:

    Bring plenty of water to keep you hydrated. I provide mats and props in the studio but if you have any of your own you prefer to use, do feel free to bring them along.

  • CHANGING FACILITIES & LOO

    Try to arrive ready to go in your yoga gear. We have a compost loo next to the studio if you need to go before the class.

  • ARRIVAL TIME:

    10 minutes before the class starts is perfect!

  • PARKING:

    It’s important everyone attending the class parks on the drive - there’s enough space for everyone. We can fit 5 cars in the first row near the wall with space for 4 more directly behind them (2 rows). This means everyone can back out of the space and drive onto Stanton Lane front ways. Go to the right side as you look at the house and you’ll find the Pause Place at the bottom of the garden.

  • NEW TO YOGA?

    Not a problem! I make the classes accessible for everyone and offer lots of variations and options throughout. And because the class sizes are small it will feel like the perfect place to begin your yoga journey.

  • PRIVATE SESSIONS
