    Vinyasa Flow (movement connected to the breath) in a fluid practice designed to uplift and then relax into sweet release.

  • Yin - Moving into Stillness

    In this class we access the deeper parts of ourselves - the connective tissues, joints and ligaments. We go to our edge in the postures, find stillness and then hold for time - letting gravity work its magic.

  • Menopause Yoga Workshops

    Women come together for like-minded chat, resource signposting and restorative yoga. These 3-hour workshops provide a safe and supportive space for women to learn a toolkit of techniques and information to manage symptoms and reduce stress.

  • Hot Yoga Flow

    Here we bump the heat up to 36º and flow in a class designed to boost cardiovascular fitness, build bone density and improve flexibility. Be prepared for a sweaty ride!
