I’m a yoga teacher with a passion for offering enjoyable, accessible classes for every student, from seasoned yogis to beginners.
After qualifying in Vinyasa Flow with Yogahaven in 2015, I went to Vancouver early 2020 to train with Bernie Clark in Yin and added Menopause Yoga to my teaching bow in November, 2021.
The Pause Place closed for group classes at the end of January. However, I am still available for 1-2-1s or couple’s classes. If you are interested in booking a 1-2-1 one-off, or a regular weekly slot, email me at cathyyoganotts@gmail.com.
I love sharing my passion for yoga and the connection with students. The word yoga means to unite - essentially combining body with breath. When this happens, the mind starts to settle on exactly what you’re doing, in the present moment. And we stay there, together, no pressure, no competition, no rush - bliss!
